Did you feel Annabel had an interest in understanding your business needs before the sessions?

What made the sessions with Annabel so powerful was the time that she took to invest in finding out about what our business is all about before planning her session.  As such this was bespoke and not off-the-peg.


The consultation meeting beforehand was worth its weight in gold.

How was the content of the training personalised to your business needs?

The whole of the training was utterly personalised to meet both our brand and our values, it had such synergy as in-house training, that we really didn’t feel we had an external provider.


Annabel immersed herself in our company culture and as a result, the training was far more informative and actually insightful.

Did you think the session was well organised and engaging?

The session was extremely engaging and extremely well organised. Annabel's technical skills ensured that the online platform that was used was optimised so that all participants would benefit.


The time flew by because the content was so focused.

What did you particularly enjoy about Annabel's training style?

Annabel was able to reach what we would consider a mixed ability audience, the way in which the training was structured covered beginner, intermediate and advanced level and as a result there was a takeaway for everybody.

Did your franchisees enjoy the training, and why?

Feedback from all the participants was overwhelmingly positive, and I would have no hesitation in hiring Annabel as a marketing consultant to provide in-house training again.

Do you and your franchisees feel capable of putting into practice what Annabel taught?

One of the most powerful aspects was the ability to record the training session, this enables the franchisees to relax and take in what has been discussed safe in the knowledge they would have this recorded to fall back on for when the implementation took place.

How will this training impact your business?

The training will impact the business in such a way that less support will be needed from head office, social media can be a mine field and clear, concise training has such an impact upon any business.

Would you consider using Annabel again for future training sessions?

I will have no hesitation in using Annabel again both in the whole group setting and asking her to work one-to-one with individual franchisees. I really feel she is now part of the Conexus family.

Would you recommend Musson Marketing to deliver social media training to other businesses, and why?

I would recommend Musson Marketing without hesitation to any company who needs in-house social media training.

Did you feel Annabel understood your business needs before undertaking the consultancy work?

Annabel scheduled two conference calls in order to fully understand our business and customer target groups. 


Both conference calls were thorough in terms of the questions we were asked, and the information required by Annabel to understand the business. 

How was the content of the consultancy work personalised to your business needs?

Annabel conducted market research on our customers, analysed our current social and digital media analytics, and used the information to deliver a comprehensive 6-month marketing strategy for our new business.

What did you find particularly useful about Musson Marketing's consultancy work?

Annabel clarified and structured our marketing strategy by providing a step by step 6-month strategy which significantly helped us to plan and create content, organise our content into folders, and target specific groups through social media platforms. 

How will this consultancy work impact your business?

The consultancy and marketing strategy is part of a launch phase for our online business. We now have a much more focussed and targeted strategy which will help us to gain traction for the business and support our efforts to attract further investment.

Will you consider using Annabel again in the future, for more consultancy work or other services?

We fully intend to work with Annabel and Musson Marketing again as a follow on to the initial 6-month strategy. 


Our plan is to build on early successes with further marketing consultancy and widen the services for Musson Marketing regarding the implementation of future social and digital media strategies.

Would you recommend Musson Marketing to deliver social media consultancy work to other businesses?

Online marketing can be a minefield to the uninitiated, so we feel the investment into a clear and focussed marketing strategy was money well spent. 


Not only did we receive professional advice and guidance on a 6-month social media strategy, it also allowed us to concentrate on many other aspects of the business during this launch phase. 


We intend to maintain a close working relationship with Musson Marketing going forward and would highly recommend their services to other businesses.
